ATB Riva Calzoni Colombia has stayed injury free for an entire 365 days. In the last year, the Medellìn company has invested in security policies to improve its performance and significantly reduce risks at the factory and in offices.
“Involving all of our staff, we have created a development plan built primarily on the analysis of the most common types of accidents and their frequency, then we studied their causes to develop solutions," explains Gianluca Raseni, Operations Director of the ATB Riva Calzoni Hydro Mechanical Equipment division. In addition to preventive actions, welfare reward policies have been applied," adds Raseni. "All this has given excellent results and improved our safety statistics.”
